The Lions Club of Ngaruawahia District is a Community Services Club which has served Ngaruawahia and district communities for over 35 years. Our members are service-minded men and women encouraged to serve their community without personal financial reward.

Aspects of Lionism which are emphasised are:

• The fun we have together.
•  The fellowship and friendships made over the years of working together.
• The sense of achievement from our joint efforts.

We are very fortunate  to have our own clubrooms, provided courtesy of the Waikato District Council. 

Our clubrooms are situated in The Memorial Hall in Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia, next to the supermarket.

•  Business Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month starting at 7:30pm (planning of projects & general club business).
• Dinner Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30pm (these are mainly social gatherings, with a guest speaker).
